At Electric Bike Company, every bike is custom built after the order is placed. This process takes an average of 3-5 weeks across prep and scheduling, painting, production, and inspection. We encourage you to check out our full creation process here. This will give you a crystal clear picture of what will happen after you order. We will update you as your bike moves through the entire flow.
Shipping Process
At Electric Bike Company, we are committed to delivering your e-bike with care and efficiency. Once your bike is ready, it undergoes a final inspection before being carefully packaged for shipping. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, and our detailed shipping table on this page outlines the costs, timelines, and logistics for each option. We understand that receiving your e-bike promptly and safely is crucial, and our team works diligently to ensure that each bike arrives in perfect condition. Tracking Information & Estimated Delivery Time
We build, test, and inspect each e-bike to perfection. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and estimated delivery time.
We will notify you when the E-bike is ready to ship and again when it leaves our premises. We will also forward you the tracking information, so that you can follow the shipment. Shipping takes about 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. The shipping agency will contact you about 24 hours before delivery to set up a time window that works for you.
Local Pickup
Electric Bike Company will contact you the day the bike(s) will be available to be picked up.
Customers will have 72 hours to pick up the bike(s) from the Newport Beach factory.
After 72 hours, customers will incur a $10 storage fee per bike per day. If you feel this may be an issue, please switch to the delivery option, thank you.
