We absolutely love our EBC model R’s. They are powerful, sturdy and beautiful. These bikes are very well made and comfortable.
It took a little longer than I expected to get my new bike, but the wait was worth it. The bike is sturdy and well-made and I really appreciate that it was fully assembled and ready to go after just a couple of minor adjustments. I love the color scheme I selected, which is true to the website rendering of what it would look like. The range of customization options and accessories is impressive. There's a learning curve to riding, but the YouTube videos really help. I would purchase this bike again and recommend it to my friends. Fun to ride and a great reason to get out into the fresh air.
Just purchased my ebike in December, received it in January. I never thought I would want one but now can not do without. I love riding around the neighborhood with my little pup in the basket, he loves to ride too! During the summer this will be my main mode of transportation.
This was the first ride in our hilly neighborhood to get familiar with the pedal levels. The battery stayed up with the charging through the winter without a ride. Level 3 took me down our road and back at surprising speeds for a smooth ride. I'm looking forward to a longer treck. The back seat pad is too far back without adjustment giving no support.

I purchased my model E last year and we loved it so much we purchased a second one so we could ride together. They are great bikes and we are so happy with our purchases. We named them Betty White and Red Green. :)
I received the bike today and rode it 14 miles this afternoon. I also have a RAD Mini ST with 8,500 miles, and the bikes are totally different from one another. The EBC bike is more of a cruiser. I will get a lot of use out of this bike.
Just received it; easy and quick setup. The rear fender needed a slight adjustment, probably got a bit jostled in transit, but loosen 4 screws, adjust, re-tighten, and all was well. Haven't ridden it too far yet, but it has so far proven to be a very easy, very comfortable bike. The missus likes not having to mess with gear changing, and it's an easier ride for her as compared to the pedal-assist recumbent that she rode previously. Looks pretty cool, also! Looking forward to a longer ride!
I’ve had five shoulder surgeries and by customizing my model E with BMX bars I’ve eliminated most of my shoulder issues
Put about 30 miles on the bike so far and it's great to ride. Went with the dual battery to make sure no matter where we venture off too there is more than enough battery to make it. Did swap out the grips to traditional BMX grips, plus added bar pad, side mirror and unlocked it for 20+ mph.
For the misses there are only two. The seat height is pretty low and even being 5' 7" it's cramped for long rides. I hope EBC releases a raised seat as an accessory! Second is it's a bit down on power compared to our Model E. As you get over 21mph it pulls the power back and even at full tilt it can only get to 24mph. I am hoping I can resolve this with a call to the EBC tech line. Definitely would buy again!
This was exactly what I wanted! It rides smooth. The weight is perfect. And the warranty is the icing on the cake! I'm in love!

We purchased two one for my wife and one for me.
So far everything is great and we can not stop riding them :call_me_hand:
After developing spinal arthritis and having neck and shoulder surgery I couldn't go on my long rides or get up hills anymore. My EBC bike has given me some freedom! I needed handlebars that could keep me in a comfortable position and I didn't want a bike that looked like a man's bike!
My bike is high quality and beautiful.
I also love that my battery is hidden.

If you are thinking about purchasing an electric bike search no more! This is the way to go! It is 100% worth it and exceeded all expectations. My husband was spectacle about this big purchase and now he is convinced he needs one too. It's beautiful, efficient, and all around FANTASTIC.
