The Electric Bike Company team has long dreamed of housing our entire paint, production and showroom facilities all under one roof. So when the opportunity arose, we jumped at the chance to streamline our operations by expanding one of our existing facilities. This move will ultimately enhance collaboration and reduce our lead times to build our famous custom e-bikes

Walk-in Repairs are Unavailable in July
For the month of July, walk-in repairs are unavailable while dust settles from our move. However, you can still initiate a repair or maintenance for your e-bike by booking an appointment online.
To get you back on the road as quickly as possible, book one of our EBC Virtual Diagnostic Calls! The $25 booking fee will apply towards the labor on the repair or service, or towards parts or shipping if no labor is required.
If you’re local, and we determine your bike needs to be seen at our facility, we’ll book you a drop-off appointment on the spot.
If you’re one of our nationwide customers, we’ll recommend a dealer or mobile service option. We can work with whomever you choose to support your service request.

Why book an EBC diagnostic call?
- If you’ve taken a car into the shop before, you’ll be familiar with this process. The diagnostic fee is applied to your service, against either labor, parts, or shipping, depending on what’s required for your vehicle. Booking a call ensures we can provide service in a timely manner and that we are staffed appropriately for the demand.

How long are EBC Diagnostic Calls and what is covered?
- They are 15 minutes long. We will already have your name, address, and phone number on file via your booking, so we will jump right in. We’ll spend the first half of the call going through our diagnostic process with you. In the second half of the call, we will program next steps, which may include scheduling a drop-off, ordering parts, or escalating your ticket to the right technical expert on our team.

Can I book a diagnostic call for advice with optimizing my e-bike settings or doing my own repairs?
- Yes, if you’d like to do your own maintenance, a tech can help you troubleshoot as you tune your e-bike. Or if you simply want help with questions beyond what’s in our owner’s manual, you can book a call for advice.

Can I still get support via phone or email?
- Our lead times for email support are 2-3 business days, and phone system wait times can vary. You are still welcome to leave us a message by phone, email, or even the chat feature on our website. We’ll reply as soon as we can.

Do I receive faster support by diagnostic appointment?
- In most cases, yes this does speed up the process. When you book your diagnostic call, you will select either Mechanical or Electrical, which will enable us to route you to the right person from the start.

What if I don’t see a Diagnostic Appointment time that works for me?
- Please email or call if you need additional availability. We’ll do our best to fit you in.

Can dealers or mobile repair shops book appointments?
- Yes, our industry partners can also book appointments. We will apply the diagnostic fee towards the shipping and handling on any parts you require for service and maintenance.

What if I believe I have an issue covered under warranty?
- If we determine that your issue is covered under warranty, we will apply the diagnostic appointment cost to any balance due, or refund it, as per the warranty policy. Note that many components on bikes and e-bikes must be replaced from time to time, such as brake pads, batteries, etc…Thus, some e-bike components are subject to a limited warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials, but not wear and tear. If your issue is not the result of a defect in workmanship or materials, we can still provide you with reduced cost component prices in most cases.
