Today, we’d like to introduce you to the Model R. This is our hybrid E-Bike – a bike that’s built to be rugged, versatile, and comfortable. We love all our bikes, but we’re really excited about this, our newest model released earlier this year. Designed for all riders – large and small, male and female, slight and heavy, the Model R really is universally loved and lauded.
Designed for trails and the beach, the Model R comes with front fork suspension and a super comfortable seat with the option to upgrade to a suspension seat post for even more comfort. The battery is hidden in the bottom of the frame and has three possible ranges: 50 miles for the 11.6 amp battery, 72 miles for the upgraded 14 amp battery or 120 miles if you add the optional battery in the basket.
Other features include a powerful 750 watt motor*, direct drive with the option to add 7 speed, 5 levels of pedal assist provide plenty of power, thumb throttle, hydraulic disc brakes – 4 piston disc brakes for advanced stopping power, a motorbike-grade kickstand, integrated front and back lights, and a full color display.
With premium 3” puncture resistant tires specifically developed for Electric Bike Company, a super strong aluminum hydro-formed frame, and the absolute best E-Bike motor in the world, the Model R is quality inspected before shipping then delivered to your door.
