Deal brings Cargo e-bikes and improved customer service to EBC
Today we are excited to announce our official merger with Integral Electrics, and share how this deal will improve your experience as an Electric Bike company customer.
Integral Electrics is a brand of cargo e-bikes famous for its family-friendly design and top notch customer service.
At EBC, we knew that merging with Integral would allow us to level up in both of these areas. Read on to learn what’s changing.
Customer Service Improvements
Follow this new process for fastest support
We’re pleased to announce a brand new customer support program at Electric Bike Company. We’ve already reduced our wait times from 72 hours down to 48 hours, and we’ll soon reach 24 hour response times as we dial in the program.
Here are the ways to reach our support team:
✅ Reply to a marketing email (like this one!) any time.
✅ Send a message to support@electricbikecompany.com
✅ Use the improved chat feature on our site (when agents are not available, chats will convert to email tickets for fastest follow up).
✅ If you want to stop by in person, our hours are up to date on our Google Business listing, so come by anytime.
Here is what we do not recommend for requesting support:
❌ Don’t send multiple messages (ie. two emails, or a chat and an email). Now that we have a first class ticketing system, this will create multiple tickets for us to investigate and slow our ability to respond.
❌ Please don’t send messages to individual email addresses for folks you’ve interacted with in the past (ie johndoe@electricbikecompany.com). Those messages to individuals wouldn’t create a ticket, and won’t allow us to ensure a timely response!
❌ Do not call us for support during the next few weeks because we are revamping our phone system. During the upgrade process, send us an email or chat, and let us know you need phone support. We’ll arrange a time to call you back.
New Cargo E-bikes, Shipping in 2-3 Business Days

We’re pleased to add Integral’s cargo e-bike, the Maven to the EBC Outlet Store for immediate shipping. Next season, the Maven will be available within our lineup of fully customizable e-bikes. But for now, we are able to offer our customers ready to ship bikes. They’ll be Integral branded, but will have the same return policy and warranty policy as the rest of the EBC product line.
