We’d like to wish you a happy, safe and socially distanced new year – we’re not going to pile too many expectations on 2021 as 2020 was such a rough one for so many. Instead, we like the NY Times suggestion to “downsize your resolutions.” They suggest coming up with one or two small and attainable goals that will help you develop your confidence and improve your well-being.
New Year, New Adventures
May we suggest that you add “ride more” to your as one of your goals? Getting outside in the fresh air with a riding buddy is a great way to increase your fitness and socialize while maintaining appropriate social distancing. It’s also one of the best ways to look after your mental health, reduce your anxiety, help you sleep better and boost your immune system with Vitamin D from the sun’s restorative rays.
Setting achievable goals is important – especially now. It’s a great feeling to know that you’re meeting your goals. Set a reminder in your phone or even calendar your rides to remind you to keep going. And join our EBC Bike Owners Group on Facebook if you haven’t already. You’ll find lots of like-minded E-Bike riders who will provide you with the motivation you need to keep going.
If one of your goals is “surf more,” may we suggest you add the EBC Surfboard Rack to your E-Bike?! It’s compatible with all EBC bike models and is super easy to remove and re-attach so you can ride your E-Bike to and from the beach.
Wave Goodbye to the Old and Embrace the New
