Timing is Everything

There is nothing more satisfying than when a customer gets their bikes ASAP.

Check out this review by Steven Hamill that with the perfect timing, was able to get a couple of bikes faster than he anticipated.

“Went to Napa bike shop last Saturday to demo a Pedego. Wife and I tried the Pedego Interceptor and the EBC model S. The S seemed much tighter and quieter. The store mentioned I could buy online or from them. I went home and poured over the website and YT videos doing my usual over the top amount of research. Already looked at 10 other bikes websites and videos. I was very impressed with the EBC site and information they put out. Chatted with Blake a bit.

Called the shop back on Sunday and was informed they had a delivery of 14 EBC bikes arriving on Monday and only half of them were spoken for. Called back on Monday and asked them put a Y and R aside for me and I would be there shortly. By the time I arrived a few hours later only one wasn’t sold besides the two on hold for me. Rode the R a bit and bought em both. Loaded em up and wife and I were riding a couple hours later. We love our bikes! Can’t believe how lucky we were to score them so quickly. Timing is everything!”
