We have some exciting news! You can now have a mechanic come right to your home to get service for your EBC E-bike. We have partnered with Velofix to bring you a mobile bike shop of mechanics trained to service all our models. They are all over the United States. When working with Velofix, a van outfitted as a bike mechanics workshop will arrive at your location operated by a certified professional. If you need assistance with your bike, Velofix will come right to your door.
Within the Scope
As a growing technical service provider, Velofix currently has over 130 certified mechanics across North America and over 115,000 bookings completed to date. They will work with you to meet your needs and answer any questions you have about your EBC E-Bike.

- Technical warranty service
Velofix will offer all services based on calendar availability and can be scheduled via their website. Any warranty-based service will need to be arranged by EBC. Please contact our customer service for warranty support.

We recommend a complete bike maintenance check-up every 6-8 months depending on how often you use your cruiser. This ensures optimal performance and less strain, wear, and tear that may lead to more complex issues.
