OK… so we might have had a rough start to 2021 with the events of last week. But we wanted to remind you that although many of us are still locked down, we need to focus on all the things we do have control over. One of those is our leisure time – and while you can’t necessarily go out to dinner, meet friends for a movie or get a haircut, you can still E-Bike!
We talked toward the end of last year about how beneficial cycling is for both our physical and mental health – and it bears repeating right now.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the events in our nation’s Capitol building, may we respectfully suggest more time in the saddle? Fresh air, exercise and the great outdoors will help restore your sense of perspective – and your faith in humanity. Cyclists are a positive, well-mannered bunch. And you’ll find that EBC Bike Owners are even more so!

Zooming Outdoors
If you can, why not do a Zoom meeting from the beach or the top of the trail, and encourage your work colleagues and family members to get outdoors with you. Love this Machine!
My partner Allison and I have had a blast riding this bicycle around Austin and out in our neighborhood in the country. She’s definitely going to get one too. This bike (Model X) is solid as a rock, but light enough to easily put in the back of my F150. It conquers the hills in our area with ease and is comfortable to ride. Some of the hills I’ve seen people pushing their bikes up. I would spring for the seat post suspension if your roads are not super smooth. Also, for night riding you should look for an additional light to see the road more clearly. The light that comes with it is great for being seen (as are the taillights), but not so great for seeing the road.
