I received my electric bike from your company today. I don’t mind telling you when my wife suggested that we buy electric bikes at the cost that you guys are charging I was a bit skeptical the skepticism ended as soon as I open the carton made the necessary adjustments and did a thorough inspection. The attention to detail that your company puts into the construction of these bikes is superior! All the wiring was run through the frame with protective grommets and wire tied, No loose wires or cables to catch on anything. The bike is also very Sturdy, which was evident as soon as I rolled it and rode over a few bumps. No rattles. I was also impressed but a little bit confused at first with the infinite adjustments of the seat so that anyone could get comfortable, I would think. We are still waiting for my wife’s bike to arrived we expect that to happen within a week. We are both excited about riding our bicycles. My wife and I both agreed that we would give your company a five star rating, and would recommend your company to anyone that is looking to buy an electric bike. The purchasing was sinless, including choosing the customizations that my wife and I wanted. Pride and quality are evident throughout. The quality here is extremely hard to find these days and it’s great to know that in American company can’t put their ingenuity to work and come up with a quality product that can be recommended without reservation.
