Whether you’re new to E-bikes or a cruising veteran, there are always ways to improve your experience. While we pride ourselves on giving you the ultimate control over your bike’s design, our priority will always be your wellbeing. This week, we have prepared seven tips to help you take charge of your riding experience.
1. Check Your Tires Regularly
Just like a car or regular bicycle, your E-bike tires need to be kept at the right pressure for optimal performance. You can find the information for your tires in the user manual.
2. Be Prepared for a Workout
Riding an assisted bike has the same health benefits as a non-assisted bike. Granted, the exercise is a less sweaty one, but it is still great for your health. Take some water with you when you get moving to stay hydrated.
3. Always Remember Your Helmet
While EBC E-bikes are designed for your safety, accidents still happen. When you are taking to the streets and the trails, remember to wear your helmet. Our Raven Helmet can be adjusted to fit your head and features a removable visor for sun and debris protection.
4. Add a Mirror
E-bikes are the future of transportation, and all bikers need the ability to see behind for potential danger. Our Rear View Mirror is adjustable to fit your height to optimize your peripheral vision.
5. Brake Earlier
With the need for speed comes the need to brake sooner. From busy streets to vacant trails, be sure to give yourself plenty of room to slow down.
6. Use Lights
If you plan on riding your bike early in the morning or late at night, remember to turn on the front light installed on all our models.
7. Customize for Your Lifestyle
Do you take your bike to the farmer’s market? Add a Rear Cargo Basket for your purchases. Do you take it on long, scenic rides? Get a Cup Holder for water. Enjoy background music while you ride? Try our Portable Bluetooth Speaker. When incorporating an E-bike into your everyday life, convenience is key.
