Shortly after I got my Model C E-bike, I discovered that my bony butt needed a bit more absorption of the road on long bike rides. I tried the Satori seat suspension and it did provide slightly better absorption. However, the difference is negligible IMHO. So it works ok-- but not great. At least that's been the case for me.
