Joining Without a Purchase:
Don’t have a bike yet but still want to join the fun? No problem! You can sign up for our Referral Program directly on our website, even without making a purchase. Simply navigate to the “Referral Program” section of your account page to get started.
Sharing Your Referral Code:
Once you’re enrolled, sharing your referral code is a breeze. You can download a unique QR code from the “Referral Program” section of your account. Additionally, each bike purchased through our website will have your QR code physically applied to it. Your friends and family will get $50 off their bike purchase.
Reward Delivery:
You might be wondering how you’ll receive your hard-earned rewards. Rewards are issued as checks, mailed to the billing address associated with your EBC account. Make sure your account details are up-to-date to ensure timely delivery. Please note the 60-day expiration period for cashing reward checks.
No Expiration Date:
Your QR code and earning potential do not expire. You can continue sharing your code and earning rewards for as long as you’d like!
Tracking Your Progress:
Curious about who’s using your referral code? You can track the usage of your code and your earnings through the “Referral Program” section of your account. However, for privacy reasons, detailed user information beyond location will not be available.
